How to Relax and Restore Yourself with HU
"The mind can overreact to the rush of everyday living, leaving us on edge and out of sorts. We forget that help is as near as a few moments of contemplation. "At least once a day, let the Sound and Light of God enliven you with spiritual impulses. Gently chant HU, and the silent wind of God will enter the sacred temple of consciousness in the heart. "Once tensions relax, it is just moments until the healing current of Spirit begins to restore you." - Harold Klemp, The Sound of Soul, p. 60. Visit the Heavens through Conscious Dreaming Dreams have fascinated humanity for centuries, often seen as mere reflections of the subconscious or random mental activity. However, dreams hold a far deeper meaning – they are a gateway to higher states of consciousness and direct experiences with the Divine. Dreams are real experiences of Soul, the true you, in other dimensions. They are not just symbolic but serve as direct communication with Divine Spirit, offering guidance, past-life insights, and even glimpses into the future. How to Manifest God's Blessings in Your Life

"The Sound of God is contained in the word HU, a secret or sacred name for the SUGMAD (God).
"This word can be used quietly at work, at home, or anytime you face a crisis. After you have done everything you can do, you sing this word quietly, and then stand back and let Spirit take charge."
- Harold Klemp, The Sound of Soul, p. 68.
