This retreat is open to all who want to get away to a nice quiet place where you can spend time on your own or with others exploring the spiritual side of life. Please feel free to invite family and friends who could benefit from a few days in a quiet rural retreat with a range of spiritual activities based around the teachings of Eckankar.
Programme The programme will be based on your needs. On the first evening of the retreat we will discuss what each of us wants from the retreat. We will note all the requests and then build our programme around those. We will also be taking advantage of the quiet and peaceful surroundings for walks around the grounds and along the beach.

Location
This year we will be in An Grianán, Termonfeckin, County Louth. This college was the first residential adult education centre in Ireland and has its roots in the Irish Countrywomen’s Association – the oldest and largest Women’s Association in Ireland. The extensive grounds that surround the college provide a wealth of walks, with the opportunity to stretch your legs as you take a leisurely stroll around the grounds, or enjoy a walk along the sandy beaches of Baltray and Seapoint. The accommodation in the bungalows are twin and double bedrooms. Food will be served in the dining room of the main house for breakfast, dinner and evening meal each day, except for the Sunday evening meal. We'll have to make other arrangements for our meal on Sunday evening and breakfast and lunch on Monday . See below for images of the bedrooms and facilities. |

The Retreat includes:
Friday Evening - Supper and Accommodation. Saturday - Breakfast, Dinner, Supper and Accommodation. Sunday - Breakfast, Dinner, and Accommodation, evening meal not available. Monday - meals not available. Plus workshops, talks, etc. throughout the retreat. Accommodation is in a few detached bungalows close to the An Grianan, the main house. €300 per person for 3 nights sharing in a twin bedroom. Meals will be served in the dining room in the main house. We will have a meeting room available to us in the main house.
