Expanding Awareness

"Why did Soul have to come into the lower worlds? Did it do something bad in heaven and have to be punished?

"Thank you for your thoughtful question about Soul and Its arrival in the lower worlds. These Souls did nothing so bad as to have to be sent here, except that they needed to move to the next phase in God’s purpose for creating them. Please understand that the true spiritual worlds above the Fifth (Soul) Plane do not come under the laws of logic from the Mental Plane. You may or may not have trouble understanding this.

“Sugmad (God) created Soul so that it could come into an expanded awareness of Itself through their experiences of love and mercy toward others. See?

“The Souls at play in the spiritual worlds fulfilled a part of God’s self-discovery (if we can even use that word). After watching Souls at play for a while (again, time and space have no relevance in the spiritual worlds. They are merely a convenience for us when trying to communicate in human languages – all still from the Mental Plane), Sugmad was ready for a whole new level of an expanded awareness of Itself. Soul exists because God loves it.

“This element of God – expanding awareness – also

underlies the “plus element” of the ECK teachings.

That is, there is always one more heaven. Always one

more state of consciousness above the last.”

Setting Goals

“First choose something you want in your life or pick a problem that needs to be dealt with. Then set clear goals.

“Second, ask yourself the following questions. Your goals must pass four tests: (1) Are they specific? (2) Are they realistic? (3) Can the results be verified? and (4) Do they give a date for completion?

“Next of course, you must begin working toward your goals in your daily life. As you do this you can also use visualization or daydreaming to help you. First picture the goal clearly – what you want to do or be in life. Then fill the picture with unbounded love, because love is the true creative force that removes all limitations.

“Practically all famous or successful people in the world have done this. The ECK Masters have set the goal of God-Realization and becoming a Co-worker with God for the chela of ECK. Holding this picture with love can pull you through the rough times”
